Golden Milk
Get ready for a good night sleep. I started drinking this after a sports injury to help with inflammation and noticed that I sleep like a baby when I drink it before bed. Hopefully it has the same benefits for you. That is, if you are like me and always in search of a good night sleep.
Golden Milk
Serves One
Recipe
1 Cup Unsweetened Milk of Choice
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2” Ginger thinly sliced or 1/2 tsp powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon or 1 stick broken in half
1 tsp Honey
1 Pinch Black Pepper
To saucepan add all ingredients and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Strain before serving by either using a slotted spoon or small strainer held over the mug.
