Gingerbread Latte
This holiday classic can easily be enjoyed from the comfort of your home with this simple recipe. This is also a fantastic hot beverage to have ready in a crockpot when you come in from playing in the snow.
Serves 4
Recipe
3 Tablespoons Instant Espresso Powder (or 3 shots brewed espresso)
4 Cups Hot Water
1 Cup Half and Half
1 Tablespoon Molasses
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Ginger
In a pitcher combine all ingredients. Stir to combine. Serve immediately or if preparing for a post snow adventure place in a crockpot on warm until you are ready to devour it. Have plenty of marshmallows on hand for serving.
