Savory Pork Chop

Serves 6 People

Time: 40 minutes

6 Tablespoons Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary Chopped

4 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, Chopped

4 teaspoons Fresh Sage, Chopped

12 Pork Chops rinsed

  1. Marinade: To a small bowl add all of the ingredients except the pork. Whisk to combine.

  2. Place 6 of the pork chops to a container large enough to hold all 12 of the pork chops. Pour half of the marinade over the pork chops turning to coat.

  3. Add the other 6 pork chops and the remainder of the marinade. Turning to coat.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

  5. Head grill to medium high heat.

  6. Remove pork chops from marinade.

  7. Grill until the internal temperature is 145 degrees apx 3 min per side for thin pork chops.
