Chimichurri Salad Dressing Recipe
This bright and delicious vinaigrette is a great addition to a grilled vegetable salad.
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Lemon Juice and Zest
Instructions:
Whisk the red wine vinegar, lemon juice with zest and garlic together in a mixing bowl.
Whisking continuously, Slowly stream in the olive oil. Stir in the parsley leaves and salt to taste.
Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
